Part-time contracted TUTORS needed in Lee, Collier, Pinellas or Hillsborough county of Florida!
We require tutors to have successful teaching
experience and seek those with a passion for teaching and for
contributing, a great sense of responsibility, solid moral standards in
working with
children, effective problem-solving ability, and a strong grasp of
creative methods to fix students' weak areas.
We encourage retired teachers and university faculties to join our
efforts. We like low-income and hard-working college students as our
tutors, too. We believe that such tutors are the best examples
that could inspire other teenage students.
The key part of our recruitment process is to ask applicants what
successful experience they had when handled students who refused to be
tutored, and handled parents who demonstrated abnormal
behaviors. We also check what successful stories they have from
educating their own children, for example, their own children National
Percentile Rank in FCAT NRT, etc.
